“Configuration Manager Admin Console can’t connect to the Configuration Manager Site Server”

Sometimes, when we re-install or upgrade Configuration Manager Admin Console. It shows following error on console. WSUS CatelogVersion Mis-Match in ConfigMgr after Restore
